Aquastar Ocean Ranger 38 – Seaworthy quality with proven maintenance history
The Aquastar Ocean Ranger 38 is a robust and seaworthy motor yacht, built by the renowned Aquastar in Guernsey. The interior is tastefully finished by P. Valk Jachtbouw, known for the high-quality finishing of Van de Valk sloops. This makes the ship not only suitable for voyages on open water and sea but also very comfortable for trips on European inland waters.
This Ocean Ranger 38 is in excellent technical condition, thanks in part to extensive investments in 2022 and 2023. The underwater hull was completely stripped down to the gelcoat in 2023 and professionally rebuilt with a two-layer 2-component system. The propulsion and technology have been renewed or improved in various areas. This includes replacing the shaft seals and extensive servicing of the engines, which are professionally maintained annually.
On the electrical side, the yacht has also been modernized with a new electrical installation, consisting of eight AGM batteries, a 3,000 Watt inverter, and a solar panel for extra autonomy on board.
An independent inspection report from 2020 is available for review; all previously identified issues have been professionally resolved. A HISWA inspection is, of course, permitted. All maintenance and improvement work has been carried out by Kempers Watersport, with complete documentation and invoices available for review.
In short: a solid and well-maintained yacht with proven seaworthiness and a complete maintenance history – ready for many carefree sailing seasons.
