Only 60 models were ever built of the Magnum 40, which saw its debut during Marchese Filippo Theodoli’s era in the 1980s and has since been the golden standard in efficiency, speed, and on-the-water comfort. Reaching speeds of over 60 mph and fitted with custom interiors, the Magnum 40 was conceived for replacing the 38’ and it became very soon famous for being nimble to drive, easily maneuverable, and one of a kind.
This model is in excellent general condition thanks a total refit made in 2022. Many works carried out during refitting:
- total varnishing
- new plexiglass windscreen
- engines totally overhauled
- gearbox overhauled
- MASE Generator overhauled
- engine room totally refitted
- new shafts, rudders, propellers
- new electrical system
- new water system
- new 12000 BTU Climma
- new autoclave
- new boiler
- new Quick windlass
- new tanks

Disposition of interiors
The large cockpit is accessible via a movable stern swimming platform for hauling and launching the tender.
The cockpit is characterized by a large aft sundeck and, continuing towards the bow, an L-shaped sofa, while the wheelhouse with pilot and co-pilot seating is located to the left of the sliding hatch.
Internally along the port side is the interior dinette with a U-shaped table that converts into a bed, while the galley is located on the opposite side.
In the bow there is the owner cabin with en-suite bathroom
Il grande pozzetto è accessibile attraverso una spiaggetta poppiera mobile per l’alaggio e il varo del tender di bordo.
Il cockpit si caratterizza per un ampio prendisole poppiero e, proseguendo verso prua, per un divano a L; mentre la timoneria con le sedute di pilota e copilota sono situate a sinistra del tambuccio.
Internamente lungo la murata di sinistra trova posto la dinette interna con tavolo a U convertibile in letto mentre la cucina è collocata nella murata opposta.
A prua vi è la cabina armatoriale con bagno en-suite
