SAILS and RIG:

Slab reefing mainsail (Kemp 2013) with stack pack mainsail cover (Dolphin 2023), cockpit enclosure.  Genoa roller reefing system with furling genoa (Kemp 2013).  Cruising chute and spinnaker (sized slightly smaller for easy handling).  Harken genoa roller reefing (replaced 2021).   Stainless steel standing rigging renewed in 2013.

ENGINE:

Yanmar 3GM30 29hp inboard diesel engine with approx 250 hours, serviced yearly, last service 2024. Fuel tank approx 25 gallons.

ELECTRICS:

3 x 110AH batteries, 40W solar panel, shore power and LED lights.

DECK GEAR:

Sprayhood by Dolphin Sails 2023, cockpit cover, wheel steering, spinnaker pole, self tailing winches, outboard bracket, Bruce anchor, electric anchor windlass, various mooring warps and fenders.

NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT:

Raymarine echo sounder and log, Hydrovane windvane self steering, Garmin 128 GPS and Garmin chart plotter. Plastimo compass.

SAFETY GEAR:

Rope cutter on propeller, lifebuoys, bilge pump.

DOMESTIC EQUIPMENT:

Her galley has a gas cooker with 2 burners, oven and grill, microwave, refrigerator, hot and cold water supply to sink from approx 90 gallon water tank.  Her separate heads compartment has a marine toilet, wash basin and shower with hot and cold water.  Hot water is via a calorifier or 240v immersion heater.   Blue upholstery, curtains and carpets.

9 berths over 4 cabins.
