"3 Little Birds" is new to the market and one of the most sought after version of the Hatteras 53's. She is currently berthed in Little River, SC and she shows beautifully and is in very good condition. She is the popular Extended Deck (ED) model and comes fully furnished and ready for her new owners. Bottom paint was completed in late 2023 along with stabilizer seals replaced. Features include flybridge canvas with front and side panels, lower pilot house station with full instrumentation and navigation equipment, 20KW generator, New Inverter, New Lithium battery bank and AGM house bank batteries, electronic engine shifter and throttles at both stations, stabilizers, updated galley appliances, composite flooring and window treatments, dual 50 amp shore service with cable management system as well as dependable Detroit 6V92 main engines with service records available along with recent survey results. Accommodations
The Extended Deck layout features a spacious salon area with full beam and double doors to aft sun deck which is great for handling lines and seating for cocktails and taking in sunsets! Forward of the salon is the pilot house and the lower helm station with sliding doors port and starboard accessing the fore deck. The foredeck has bench seating, storage boxes and sturdy stainless railings along with bow pulpit for handling anchor gear. Access to below decks is a staircase leading from the pilothouse to the galley which features upgraded stainless steel appliances and new quartz counter tops, A large dinette is to starboard with matching table top. The forward stateroom is off the galley with over under berths, teak paneling and updated decor and private guest head featuring upgraded counter and custom sink and stall shower. Aft of the galley are the split engine rooms with good access to mechanical and electrical systems. The generator room is below the galley floor. Further aft is the guest stateroom on port featuring two twin berths with under-berth storage teak paneling and updated decor. The guest head is opposite with updated matching counter tops and a stall shower. The full beam master stateroom is aft with a lighted vanity to port, teak paneling, updated decor and ample storage, a large closet is forward and to port. The master head features the same upgraded counter tops and stall shower.
