Description
The Fisher Northeaster 30 Pilot House Trawler is a rugged passage maker designed for BIG seas! Built for the cold, wet and often high ranging seas around Europe. It is a true statement to consider these as bullet proof as it gets. Currently de-masted and used a Pilothouse Trawler. The chainplates are all there should you desire to re-install her masts and turn her back into a ketch rig again, (No Mast or Sails Included).
Re-Powered in 2007 with 3 Cyl Yanmar 39HP Engine, Transmission & Dash Panel Gauges. This rare aft cabin model offers forward stateroom vee-berth, forward salon, private head, aft stateroom, galley up in pilothouse, both port & starboard pilot doors, huge sliding sunroof, side opening port windows, topside opening hatch's and storage compartments everywhere you look.
Note: This is a Project Boat and while mechanically sound (engine runs great) is in need of attention in many areas throughout the boat. There are several interior areas that need wood panel reworking, re-attaching head liner in several areas as well. Wiring could use cleaning up and rebundling, Trouble shooting of some lights, radar, navigation lighting. The exterior is hand painted and just about ready for sanding and refinishing. Refastening of some deck hardware & also ready soon for new bottom antifouling paint.

Broker Notes
A very unique vessel, very popular sailing ketch back in the day. Now demasted for use as a Trawler. It is possible to re install main & mizzen mast, add rigging & sails to recommission as a sailing ketch. There is no mast, rigging or sails included.
Engine is in great shape, strong & runs good! This vessel has powered up and down the Gulf several times over the last few years. Last fall made the trip from the Clearwater, FL area back to Pensacola, FL. Currently is very capable of making its way east or west of here many 100's of miles by water as she is right now. Easy to transport on land also as nothing would have to be removed for that trip.
"PROJECT BOAT" best describes the current condition over all, while mechanically sound the majority of things needed is a little electrical work, re installing a little more galley equipment, cosmetics inside & out. The hull is solid as a rock and I find no soft spots detected around the decks. Topside Decks & Hull are ready for repainting soon. The windows, hatches & opening ports all working. No cracked glass.
