Description
A Long Rang Family Cruiser Poised for Adventure.
Here is a ship that embodies the era of elegant yachting yet beneath the surface is a wolf in sheep’s clothing capable of extensive blue water cruising thanks to an extensive 2007 rebuild at Balk Shipyards in the Netherlands.
With the original build year maintained as a romantic keepsake, BERZINC is for all intents and purposes a product of 2007 onwards thanks to her rebuild which saw her brought up to modern and robust construction standards with features such as Unrestricted Navigation Classification construction standards, Zero Speed Stabilizers and more.
BERZINC capability stems not only from her steel hull and aluminium superstructure built to a highly efficient form which allows her to cut through the waves at 12 knots only consuming 150 lt / hr (39 USg / hr) and giving her a transoceanic range of 3,500nm; but also from 2.5t (5,500lbs) crane capacity and 79m² (853ft²) bridge deck aft allowing space to store much larger tenders than any yacht in her class and only matched by agressively styled explorer yachts.
As a proven passage maker, she has delighted her Owners as a successful charter yacht in the Mediterranean and a long range adventure yacht packed with toys, Flying Inflatable Boats, extensive diving equipment and even has enough space for a Triton 660 submarine.
Under her current Ownership, she has led highly technical and lengthy dive expeditions in South East Asia in yachting standards comfort. Having achieved everything envisaged by her current Owner and more, she is now seeking a new Owner to continue on her next adventure.
Contact us for more details, pictures, refit background and examples of her impressive capability.
