Description
Lux Solis, a diesel powered 44ft Ed Monk Sr. designed twin cabin cruiser, ready for her next adventure. Moored under cover and in fresh water the decks and haul appear to be in good condition. Brightwork inside and out is in good condition. Transferrable Lake Union moorage (buyer to verify). Additional specs coming soon.
Accommodations
Boarding Lux Solis from the swim platform and through an opening boarding gate to the cockpit. The cockpit is large with room for free standing chairs and also is your main engine room access. Up a few stairs from the cockpit is the covered bridge deck and helm station with a large bench seat as well as lots of storage. From the helm you have wonderful visibility forward and back with easy access to the stern.
From the helm station moving forward and down a few stairs you enter into the very spacious salon and galley. The galley has been updated with a new refrigerator/freezer as well as a propane stove top and oven. The salon is large and bright with lots of natural light and ventilation. Under the salon sole is access to a large bilge area that formally housed a generator.
Moving aft from the salon and down a couple stairs is the master cabin featuring two twin births along the port side, built in cabinetry to the starboard side, and access to the cockpit aft. The mast cabin also features an ensuite head (currently in-op) and shower. Moving forward from the salon and down a couple stairs is the forward VIP with twin births, ensuite head, and shower. The forward electric head is connected to a newer poly tank.
