VESSEL OVERVIEW
SAGA is a robust ice-class explorer vessel, originally built as a fire and training ship for Chalmers Maritime University in Sweden. Few vessels of this pedigree and construction are available today — especially at this price point.
She is currently undergoing improvements at De Haas yard. The shipyard reports that the core structure is in very good condition. Some restoration and outfitting remain, estimated at around 2–3 months of work for a small team.
