The 31.62m SOUNION II bears the exterior profile of a classic Benetti and the interior of a modern superyacht.

This characterful motor yacht completed an extensive refit in 2023 and today, she embodies all the timeless style of these canoe-sterned classics whilst offering an owner the comfort and amenities associated with the modern superyacht lifestyle.

SOUNION II offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in four cabins. The master stateroom is located on the upper deck and enjoys direct access to an aft exterior lounge, and there’s a second master suite positioned forward on the lower deck. A VIP double and a twin cabin, to aft on the lower deck, complete the arrangement. All the cabins are en suite and appointed in similar style, and there’s separate accommodation for a crew of six.

Space has been optimised across SOUNION II’s three decks and her sophisticated interior, designed by Anouska Hempel, keeps things largely open plan and informal. The design carries a subtle Asian influence, with muted tones contrasted by striking black details, and an understated luxury that’s reminiscent of vintage cruises to faraway places.

The spacious sun deck offers elevated views and unadulterated sunshine, as well as a cinema setup.

In addition to the new interior look, the 2023 refit included installation of a new AC system, new radar, an upgrade of the navigational systems, and a new water maker. This builds on the extensive maintenance and upgrades SOUNION II underwent in 2022, at which time the main engine and three generators received an overhaul, fire safety systems and exit routes were improved, and a 5G Wi-Fi system was installed. SOUNION II cruises in comfort at 11.5 knots with stabilisers to smooth her motion, and her low fuel consumption makes her much more economical than other yachts of this age and style. This is a rare opportunity to acquire a yacht of significant historical standing, in turnkey condition.
