Mechanical Equipment

Two 174 hp Gardner 6L3B 6-cylinder diesel engines rebuilt in 2014, commissioned in 2020.
Original Gardner reduction gears and gearbox.
Electric start and controls.
Propeller shafts and Stern tube lubrication by oil renewed by France Hélice.
Speed cruising 9 kt max 10 kt range at cruising speed: 4,000 nautical miles
Bow thruster: Hydraulic, driven by PTO on main generator (same as windlass) commissioned in 2020.
Current aboard: 230/400V 3 phases AC 50Hz and 24 v DC
Generator 1: KOHLER 50 KVA, 2014, 4 cylinder diesel, 1500rpm, Commissioned 2020 h:20

Main electric panel installed (2020) in the compartment above the engine room.
Shore power isolation transformer 25 KVA.
All electrical cabling and hydraulic pipework is new.
House battery: 24V 1640Ah Sealed Lead Acid (gel) bank located in the engine room.
Charger/Inverter: Victron Multi+ 3KW
Separated engine and generator Start Batteries
STABILIZERS: Two fins activated by an engine driven hydraulic pump (electronics not yet installed).
ENGINE ROOM VENTILATION: Two 400V fans
AIR CONDITIONING: by Climma; new; with chillers (80,000btu) installed in the engine room and air handlers with independent controls throughout the boat
STEERING: Hydraulic electric/manual with 2 stations (wheelhouse + flying bridge) Activating the single rudder; the hydraulic pump and oil tank are located in the engine room.
FRESH WATER SYSTEM: by Gianneschi & Ramacciotti with 2 pumps (400V and 24V) located in the engine room.
HOT WATER: Electrical, three boilers 230V.

Originally built to Lloyd’s class in 1962.
Welded steel hull with riveted bulwarks.
Aluminium and steel superstructure.
4 watertight bulkheads.
Steel and timber decks recently covered with teak.
Fuel tanks: Total capacity 12,000L in two tanks located forward of the engine room and a day tank; tank tops renewed in 2014. All equipped with fuel gauges.
Water tanks integrated to the hull capacity: 3,000L - Stainless steel tank aft capacity: 1,000L.
Black water tank capacity: 1,000L
Grey water tank capacity: 1,000L
