53’ 1937 Lake Union Tri Cabin Cruiser - As in HBO’s White Lotus

Similar to the beautiful boat in the opening of The White Lotus (HBO), this remarkable piece of history is ready for a new steward and adventure.  A bespoke wooden yacht designed by the distinguished naval architect Ted Geary for a wealthy client, the boat has beautiful woodwork and detailing throughout. She carries a rich history, with anecdotal ties to Gen. Douglas MacArthur and service as a first aid vessel during WWII.

Power: Twin Cummins Diesel Marine Turbo J-Series engines. These engines were pulled, cleaned, and serviced in 2014, with mechanics describing them as "bulletproof”

Transmission: Features an air compressor transmission system, similar to those historically used in fishing vessels
Fuel Capacity: Approximately 500 gallons, 2 tanks
Displacement: Approximately 23 tons.

Layout & Interior Features: Step inside to discover beautiful original woodwork throughout. The thoughtful layout maximizes space and comfort:

Sleeping Accommodations: Two cabins with two berths each. An additional forward V-berth offers flexible space for an office, storage, or extra sleeping. The main cabin / pilot house also provides more sleeping space.

Main Cabin / Pilot: A spacious pilot house and dining salon provide panoramic views, creating an inviting atmosphere.
Heads: Two heads (toilets and sinks), one of which includes a shower.

Galley: A full galley is onboard, complete with a gas stove, oven, large refrigerator, sink, and ample counter space.
Storage: Large amounts of integrated storage are thoughtfully designed throughout the vessel.

Decks: Traditional aft cockpit with bench and chairs, which can be enclosed. Also the lifeboat area and bow offer lounging space.
