Wind Dancer is a 1982 O'Day shoal draft/center-board sail boat. If you like sailing and like to get close to shore to swim the 3'-6" shoal draft keel lets you do this. If you are having a pleasant day sailing and you are several miles off shore and a storm suddenly rolls in and it starts to get rough, just drop the center-board and you have a 7'-2" keel to make you return a nicer and safer trip. This sail boat was designed by O'Day as an island hopper. From 1982 through 1999 she was in the Caribbean going from island to island. In 1999 she was sailed to South Haven Michigan and the black water system was redone to comply with USCG fresh water standards. The second owner purchased her in 2001 and did nothing to improve her until the sold it to me in 2004. Since then I have restored and improved her. Most of the interior was reworked in cherry and oak. The interior modifications made it easier to access storage areas and the engine compartment.
