Everything is in “like New Condition”
No expense or attention to detail was spared building this one-of-a-kind pilothouse cruising dory as an owners/builders’ personal vessel.
It was built to be a safe comfortable and economical cruiser.
The construction method (fully encapsulated wood/ epoxy fiberglass including the brightwork) resulted in an exceptionally strong and light hull requiring minimal maintenance.
West System Epoxy / SS fasteners used exclusively
The hull design is renowned for its seaworthiness, maneuverability and efficiency. We’ve cruised it in various conditions in Lake Champlain and coastal Maine. (August update) We just concluded several days of extensive cruising the Penobscot Bay area of Maine with compliments every were we went.
The boat and its self-centering Load Rite aluminum trailer are exceptionally easy to tow, launch and haul.
