Description
Marea is a Sanlorenzo SL102A, delivered in 2021 and presented for sale in as-new condition.Marea was commissioned by an experienced yachtsman and has been equipped with many additional options, giving this yacht an incredibly high specification and enormous appeal.
Benefitting from the advantages of Sanlorenzo’s Asymmetric design, the 31.1m Marea boasts many innovative features, such as an extended main deck interior, a fold-down terrace to starboard off the main saloon and an eye-catching exterior profile.
The master suite is located on the main deck and benefits from an opening window on the port side, a walk-in wardrobe, a beautiful en suite and a private terrace on the foredeck. The four guest cabins are positioned on the lower deck and comprise two VIP doubles, one double and one twin, all en suite.
Marea's interior style is chic and modern, with brushed oak panels, natural tones and light pastel blue accents. In the cabins, Santushi carpets run underfoot with Silk Georgette marble used in the bathrooms.
The sundeck is Marea's crowning glory, with a bar and space to dine al fresco and sunbathe. The hard top provides ample shade and when sunshine is required, simply retract the centre panel. An awning can also be erected to shade the aft portion of the sundeck.
To aft, Marea has a hydraulic platform and an opening stern with direct access to the tender garage and watertoys storage.
