2001 Tiara 31 Open - Freshwater boat!
This is a meticulously maintained freshwater boat located on Lake Erie, only three years in Florida. Current owner purchased boat in 2012 and has taken very good care of this boat mechanically, including bottom paint as well as gel coat. This is a very clean, well cared for boat. Currently moored in Pompano Beach, Fl, but can arrange transport as needed. There is a custom trailer built in 2013 for this boat planned to be sold separately but could be included in the deal.
There were several upgrades completed in 2013, including all new Raymarine chart plotter, radar, autopilot, VHF Radio and fish finder. new main canvas and glass, fridge, microwave, TV, cockpit air, and 2000W inverter in 2024. Rear back drop and screens allow additional guests to sleep in the rear. Second straight back drop (new in 2024) makes the helm a great living space.
Engines have always used Mobil One, fulll synthetic motor oil. Cockpit air was added in 2013, works well with backdrop in the summer.
Shower sump replaced in 2024, shower and head work perfectly. Also equipped with macerator installed in 2018. Custom mattress built and installed in 2018.
