The construction of this boat started in 2021. In 2024 it was only completed and launched in the harbor of Drachten. At the end of 2024, significant investments were made to add extra pontoons under the boat to make it even sturdier and more solid. The old pontoons are still under the boat. It is now extra solid and extremely sturdy. The vessel is in good condition. With some finishing work remaining, the houseboat is almost complete. (e.g., ceiling moldings, shower tray framing, and splashback at the stove in the kitchen.)
The roof is strong enough to create a rooftop terrace. There is also a connection on the roof to create a steering console. Plenty of possibilities.

On the port side, one can enter the boat (access door). However, the sliding doors on the front terrace also have a key and can serve as access doors. Beautiful living area with open kitchen and stove (4.2 by 6.5 meters). Solid staircase to the roof with a dome that can be opened.
Corridor with three rooms on the starboard side of the boat. 1 room with window section at the back of the boat (2.5 by 2.8 meters), with a beautiful double bed, new mattresses, and adjustable slatted bases, head and foot ends. Brand interlübke.

There are two large black water tanks, each with a capacity of 550 liters. Gray water goes overboard. Pumping out is only needed very occasionally.
