PRICED FOR A QUICK SALE! Catana 522 Ocean Class (2006) Owner’s version: The Catana 52, first launched in 2003, embodies all the design features that offshore sailors have admired for decades including asymmetrical hulls, tulip-shaped bows, daggerboards, and dual aft helm stations. Renowned as a true bluewater performance catamaran, she delivers impressive speed and safety on long ocean passages, while remaining easily manageable alone or by a couple thanks to Catana’s innovative sail-handling system. THE WHITE PEARL (hull #11) is a highly desirable owner’s version, and one of the rare upgraded 522 Ocean Class models. This version is based on the earlier “soup to nuts” 522 Caligo line and features a more refined and stylish interior including elegant varnished cherry veneer cabinetry and upgraded light fixtures throughout. Originally commissioned by a U.S. owner, THE WHITE PEARL is now offered for sale by her third owner. Her second owner, a seasoned offshore sailor with thousands of ocean miles aboard a Catana 471 purchased the boat with the intention of another long-term family voyage. He invested approximately $340,000 in a comprehensive refit in late 2017, preparing her for serious bluewater cruising. The current owner, who acquired the boat in 2020, continued that vision. Over the past several years, he invested an additional $160,000+ in high-end upgrades, outfitting the boat for long-distance, off-grid cruising. Improvements include new sails (2023–2024), a lithium battery and solar array system (2021) and continuous refinement of comfort and functionality throughout. In total, over $500,000 has been invested since 2017, making this Catana 522 Ocean Class a rare and exceptional offering in today’s market. Regrettably, due to a change in plans, THE WHITE PEARL is now available for sale representing a rare opportunity in today’s market to acquire a fully outfitted, extensively upgraded Ocean Class catamaran. Located in Fort Myers, Florida and registered under the BVI flag - she has primarily cruised throughout the Caribbean. With her exceptional build, extensive upgrades, and long-range systems, she is a perfect choice for those seeking a serious offshore vessel. This beautiful OWNER'S VERSION Catana 522 Ocean Class is ready to be shown anytime from today on. Get in touch today and book your visit! NOT FOR SALE IN U.S. WATERS.

Catana is widely acclaimed for building spectacular, blue water cats that marry sailing performance and luxury like no other brand. Catana 65 LIBECCIO raises the bar further still.  LIBECCIO's second owners purchased her directly from the Catana factory in France in her original layout and configuration and sailed her for three years all over the Mediterranean. This cruising couple made the wise decision to store the yacht in Canet, at the Catana yard, each winter. There, they upgraded the yacht using only yard staff and contractors. This culminated in a transformative refit in 2017 that radically enhanced the aesthetic, comfort and functionality of this yacht. The starboard owner's hull was modified to create a true master cabin with walk-in closet in place of the original bathroom. A very large bathroom with walk-in shower was created in place of the original forward starboard cabin - consider the space this affords. The floors were replaced with a light teak-holly to enhance natural light. The engines, generator, standing rigging, dinghy and outboard were all replaced with new. Today, there is not a more elegant, ergonomically sound or faster Catana 65 on the oceans.  Scroll through the photos attached, you will impressed with her sheer line, her towering mast, her high bridge-deck clearance which hint at her sailing performance. Her interior is all about light and contemporary lines. Real wood veneer finishes, brushed aluminum trims, Corian and leather all lend to an authentic feel of refinement that is seldom found on cats anymore.  LIBECCIO sports a spectacular LORIMA carbon mast with textile rigging and is the only Catana 65 to have the forward "cross" - consisting of longeron/bowsprit (compression post), crossbeam and gull striker - in carbon fiber to substantially reduce weight in the bows. A full suite of sails including 140 sq meter Spectra mainsail, self-tacking Spectra solent, large genoa/screecher, and assymetric spinnaker coupled to 6 electric winches facilitate short-handed maneuvering and provide sail plans for all windspeed ranges and angles.  The current owner purchased LIBECCIO in Canet from his overachieving predecessor in 2019 and continued his work in the same spirit. The fuel tanks were moved aft from the mast-foot lockers to the cockpit lockers to further reduce weight forward and improve sailing performance in light airs. With long passages on the agenda, the new owner also fitted a crew cabin in the port forepeak complete with AC to accommodate extra crew. The yacht can sleep up to 9 passengers in 4 double cabins + crew cabin! LIBECCIO completed the ARC 2019, transited Panama and sailed on to the Galapagos, Marquesas and Hawaii where she has been for the last three years. She has always had a full time skipper aboard under the current ownership.  LIBECCIO is turn key and offers a rare opportunity for a couple or family to sail southwest through the Pacific. Or why not explore the Northwestern US, Canada and Alaska this summer on this unusually well outfitted and sea-kindly platform. The Catana 65 is equipped with straight propeller shafts fitted through skegs. No sail-drives on this cat! Stray logs, containers or marine mammals will never be a hazard. Go long, go far!         Note: This yacht is subject to an exclusive listing agreement with Multihulls Northwest LLC and it is not offered for sale by TMC. TMC is providing this information in an effort to represent buyers in the purchase of this vessel.

S/V Eidos Cat is a Messolonghi based 2001 Catana 582 Catamaran For Sale By Owner. PRICE REDUCED! This catamaran owner requires financial settlement only. No trades. Catana 582 (2001) – Performance Cruising Catamaran Overview General Information The Catana 582 is a luxury performance cruising catamaran built in 2001 by the prestigious Catana Shipyard and designed by the renowned Christophe Barreau. Currently located in Greece and registered under the Slovenian flag, this yacht has been imported into the EU in 2019 and represents a refined balance of sailing performance and onboard comfort. Design & Construction With a length of 19.00 meters (62.34 feet) and a beam of 9.10 meters (29.86 feet), the Catana 582 offers impressive interior volume and outstanding stability. The hulls are constructed from GRP with a PVC foam core sandwich, delivering a strong yet lightweight structure optimized for performance cruising and bluewater capability. Performance & RiggingEquipped with twin Yanmar 4JH3-DTE 125 HP diesel engines, each showing fewer than 1,100 hours as of September 2024, the vessel provides reliable propulsion when needed. The sailing rig features a 115 m² mainsail, a genoa, and a self-tacking jib—all replaced in 2014—as well as a versatile gennaker added in 2018 for enhanced light-wind performance. The rig is designed for experienced sailors who appreciate responsive handling and speed. The inclusion of daggerboards significantly improves upwind performance and reduces leeway, allowing the Catana 582 to sail closer to the wind and access shallower anchorages when needed. Interior & Accommodations The interior layout is designed with long-term liveaboard comfort in mind. The yacht features a luxurious owner’s suite with a private head and shower, two guest cabins each with their own en-suite facilities, and a skipper’s cabin currently used for storage, which can be easily reverted to crew quarters. The saloon includes a large round sofa and a custom teak table added in 2018, creating an inviting space for socializing or relaxing. The galley is equipped for spacious and easy cooking. Energy Systems & Autonomy The Catana 582 is outfitted for off-grid living with approximately 1.5 kW of solar power managed by four independent MPPT controllers. The energy storage is provided by a 480AH @ 24V GEL battery bank (replaced in 2020), and power conversion is handled by a Mastervolt Ultra 24/3500 inverter/charger installed in 2018. These systems support extended cruising without reliance on shore power. Summary This Catana 582 stands out as a well-maintained and comprehensively upgraded performance catamaran. Its proven bluewater pedigree, robust construction, and premium liveaboard features make it an exceptional choice for sailors seeking both adventure and comfort at sea.
