The Pegasus II was built in 1956, on behalf of a Rotterdam shipping company, in Bremen at Bootswerft Havighorst. It was built during the Cold War and served as a flight ship in its early years. It underwent a major refit in 1995 and combines a beautifully robust, classic seal hunter design with a practical layout for 6 to 7 people, and is equipped with modern technology including a washing machine in the front bathroom.
