Maiora 30 Convertible. 30.60 meters long and 7.50 meters wide allow the Maiora 30 Convertible to offer volumes available to the Owner and his impressive guests for a boat of this category. Maiora 30 Convertible falls into the category of CE certified pleasure boats. This superyacht is called "convertible" for the particular conformation of the upper deck, divided into two areas and one of which is closed and fully conditioned, the Sky Lounge, and the other "an plain air" usable in different ways according to the needs of the Owner. The Sky Lounge is characterized by completely collapsible side windows and a retractable aft door, so that you can comfortably transform a closed and reserved space into an open and airy one in direct communication with the outdoor area.
The lounge in the Sky Lounge, of about 50 square meters, is embellished with furnishings selected among the most prestigious Italian furniture brands and completed by wonderful works of art.
The room is easily transformable by bringing to life always different scenarios: it can be used as a perfect cinema room, where you can relax watching a good movie in company or as a splendid terrace overlooking the sea, where you can live moments of relaxation at sunset or extreme freedom overlooking the open sea, but also as a dining room to be enjoyed in total privacy with family and friends. The Maiora 30 Convertible is characterized by comfort and large spaces. Thanks to the side aisles, all guests on board can walk from stern to bow in a fluid and uninterrupted manner, thus giving an unforgettable onboard experience. This is precisely the goal of the famous Italian shipyard: to welcome the wishes and needs of the customer, and then give him and all his guests a unique experience.
The floor-to-ceiling windows of the main deck run along the walled ship and illuminate the large central hall which looks like a welcoming and elegantly furnished location with a functional layout and a delicate and refined decoration, the result of the careful design work of the style center of the shipyard in collaboration with the Turin studio Fossati Design Bureau. The living area directly overlooks the very spacious cockpit: at the precise request of the owner this area has been significantly expanded obtaining a very extensive dining area equipped with a table that can accommodate up to eight people, thus becoming a part of the boat perfect for sharing convivial moments: a real dining room "al fresco". The level of customization goes up to the aft beach hosting a sauna at sea level: guests can relax in the warmth of a real "floating" sauna and a moment later, in a few simple steps, dive into the refreshing water of the sea. Also on the main deck we find the master cabin, welcoming, bright and characterized by a sophisticated and elegant design. The shower in the owner's bathroom, bright and embellished with marble on the walls, can be used as a Turkish bath for a better comfort of the demanding owner. In the lower deck you enter the guest cabins, 2 large VIP cabins and 2 doubles, all with "en suite" bathrooms. On the same deck, but reachable through dedicated paths, the comfortable crew accommodation consisting of 3 cabins and 2 bathrooms, for a total of 5 beds. The wheelhouse is complete and important, with its five 24" monitors and Furuno electronics, as the dashboard of much larger ships.
Excellent performance is guaranteed by the two MTU 16V2000M96L engines of 2600 Hp each that allow you to reach a maximum speed of about 27/28 knots. During navigation the comfort is always high, maintaining a constant and excellent silence and stability, guaranteed by the construction standards and the efficient stabilizing fins, working both at anchor and in navigation. The garage is positioned laterally and can accommodate a tender of 6 meters, a unique feature of this boat.
