Description
River houseboat hyper-livable with Nanni N4.40/60 inboard diesel engine.
The boat is used, ex-charter, in STOCK – READY FOR DELIVERY.
Capacity 12 people - 8 sleeping places. Floating houseboat for calm, yet precise, reliable navigation. NOT flat hull, deep directional keel 1m. very precise directionality. Does not skid, does not roll. Impressive stability. It does not move an inch even if people shift on board from one side to the other. Impossible to suffer from seasickness.
Over 80sqm of walkable, livable, usable space, all on one level, without internal steps, 70 cm doors, very spacious inside.
Bow cabin with a double bed and a wardrobe, mid cabin with convertible bed into 2 singles or a double, and 2 wardrobes, stern cabin with a double bed convertible into 2 singles.
At the bow, there is a bathroom with sink and toilet, and a separate shower room.
At the stern, there is a large bathroom with an internal, separate shower cabin.
All rooms are full height, very airy and spacious like a house. The dinette has a large L-shaped sofa and a foldable table that converts the space into a double bed. The wardrobe is 2 meters high.
The kitchen is large and equipped with sink, 4-burner stove, oven and grill, 130lt refrigerator, gigantic.
It has 2 driving positions, one inside and one on the flybridge which is fully livable. The bow thruster can be controlled from both driving positions.
The boat has entrance doors; one from the flybridge, one side door on the right side, corresponding to the driving position, and one direct from the stern cabin to the deck and thus directly to the dock without steps.
On the flybridge, there is an L-shaped sofa with comfort cushions, and a fixed table that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people on the terrace.
There are also 2 huge sunbathing areas on the 2 bow terraces.
The boat has undergone a major internal refitting in 2022, with the replacement of cushions, mattresses, and upholstery.
The boat is CE certified in navigation class D/C and is registered.
The onboard technical equipment includes: webasto heating system, a 12kbtu hot/cold heat pump at 230V, inverter, 2 electric toilets, 1000 lt of potable water reserve, gas system, double driving position, awning, USB sockets, fans in all cabins.
All systems are operational and revised. Recently renewed safety certificate.
