Description
Admiral 28 ViS is a splendid flybridge unit launched by the Cantieri di Lavagna in 1996.
Registered at 24 meters and with VAT paid in Malta, she has a completely refitted aluminum hull and in impeccable condition.
It is a RINA class unit that enjoys maximum navigation comfort thanks to the CMC fin stabilization system.
The yacht is divided into three decks: through the aft gangway there is access to a large cockpit, where the dining area entirely protected by the superstructure of the flybridge, is very welcoming and perfectly set up to welcome guests. From the side walkways, wide and well protected by the mighty gunwales, you reach the bow solarium with a large sofa bed that extends into the forward section of the deckhouse.
Also from the cockpit, a large French window leads inside: the living room is large and surrounded by sofas and a play area. There is no shortage of TV, furniture and refrigerator. The windows placed on the side guarantee the entry of natural light.
From a passage on the left, on the starboard side, you will first encounter the stairs leading to the lower deck, then the stairs leading to the half deck dedicated to the pilot house and then to the flybridge; further on, along the corridor, a private and elegant room houses the owner's dining room with an oval table in inlaid teak, together with other valuable furnishings and valuable elements, such as Frau armchairs and FLOS lamps.
The deck layout is completed by a well-equipped galley with crew mess from which, towards the bow, you descend by a staircase to the crew room, consisting of 3 cabins complete with bathrooms.
Below deck, everything has been designed to ensure maximum comfort for guests on board. The layout of the lower deck, entirely covered in sandblasted teak and carpet, is very rational and provides for a large owner's cabin complete with wardrobes, furniture and a bureau on the maximum beam; the bathroom has a double access with a shower in the center, as well as a lovely Vanity with compartments and ottomans.
From the central hallway of the deck, towards the bow there are two identical cabins with beds side by side, as well as a useful third pullman bed and, further on, two other twin cabins with French beds.
