S/V Tahiti - A Bluewater Cruiser Ready for the World Tahiti is a world-class bluewater cruiser that has undergone an extensive overhaul, making it a truly turn-key option for those ready to embark on global adventures. Designed for comfort and reliability, this Morgan 462 ketch has been meticulously refitted with brand-new standing and running rigging, newly refinished in-boom furling sails, and a resurfaced deck and masts, ensuring top-tier sailing performance. Every major system has been serviced, upgraded, or replaced, preparing Tahiti for a successful circumnavigation. Exceptional Sailing Performance Built with custom Leisure Furl in-boom furling sails and a 130% furling Genoa on a Harken Furler, Tahiti offers ease of sail handling, even for a short-handed crew. The brand-new sails, including the custom in-boom furling main and mizzen, were professionally crafted by Schurr Sails in Pensacola, Florida. For long voyages, the boat also comes with a complete set of spare sails, all inspected and repaired as needed. All standing rigging was professionally replaced by ZERN Rigging, one of Florida’s leading rigging experts, ensuring durability and safety. State-of-the-Art Electrical & Power Systems Beyond its exceptional sailing capabilities, Tahiti is in the process of being modernized with a state-of-the-art electrical system ready for complete off-grid living. Included in the sale are four brand-new 200Ah RENOGY Lithium-Ion batteries, 1,450W of solar panels, a Rover 60 Amp MPPT charge controller, a 12V 60A DC-DC battery charger, and a 3,000W Renogy pure sine wave inverter/charger. This advanced power setup enables sustainable energy management, making extended offshore passages comfortable and self-sufficient. Comfort & Livability Aboard Tahiti, comfort and functionality merge seamlessly. The custom stainless-steel stern seating provides a perfect space to relax while under sail or at anchor. The new davits support a brand-new Hypalon dinghy powered by a 2020 Honda four-stroke engine, allowing for easy shore access and exploration. The anchoring system has been significantly upgraded, featuring a Maxwell windlass, 400 feet of brand-new chain, a Viking 25 Storm Anchor (designed for a 60-70' vessel), and a stainless-steel Plowmaster 45lb CQR anchor. The Morgan 462 design gives the owner more than enough room to work on mechanical operations as the entire engine and generator have their own room to work in.  Inside, Tahiti is a spacious and versatile home on the water. The enclosed center cockpit features a custom strata glass enclosure and a bimini supporting two 550W solar panels, offering both shelter and renewable energy. The cabin stays cool and comfortable thanks to two 12,000BTU CRUISAIR STX air conditioning units. A 20-gallon water heater provides plenty of hot water, allowing for luxuries like a hot bath in the aft bathroom. Two brand-new 12V/120V marine refrigerators offer immense cold storage, perfect for provisioning on long voyages. A shower grey water sump system enhances onboard drainage and sanitation. Interior - A Customizable SpaceWhile Tahiti is functionally and structurally sound, its interior is a canvas for the new owner’s finishing touches. Cosmetic woodwork is the only area left for improvement, with work already begun on refreshing the flooring in the aft bathroom. The foundation of a world-cruising vessel is fully in place, requiring only minor interior refinements to make it your own. Ready for a New AdventureOriginally purchased with the dream of sailing around the world, Tahiti was prepared by two experienced sailboat captains with meticulous attention to detail. However, as life’s course has shifted towards settling down on a farm and starting a family, we have made the bittersweet decision to pass Tahiti on to a new owner who can fulfill her true potential. With over $65,000 worth of upgrades already done, the vessel is ready to sail anywhere in the world today, with every major system overhauled, upgraded, or optimized for bluewater cruising. If you are looking for a proven, ocean-ready cruiser with all the hard work already done, Tahiti is the perfect vessel to take you on the adventure of a lifetime.

Salty Dog, Gulfstar 47 Sailmaster hull #75, is a ketch rigged raised salon motorsailer. She offers the comfort and range of a trawer with the exhileration of sail. Her raised salon center cockpit with bimini and full enclosure provides excellent visibility and a dry ride. With her traditional teak interior and large raised salon windows, the main salon exhibits a warm yet light and airy feel. You'll especially enjoy her Queen size aft berth with memory foam mattress, two standup shower stalls, apartment size refrigerator/freezer in the galley, large closets, numerous drawers, and abundant storage. Her generous tankage including 195 gal of fuel, 360 gal of water, and 40 gal holding, along with her reliable naturally aspirated engine, diesel generator, bow thruster, solar panels, water maker and suite of contemporary B&G electronics, make her a joy to cruise. We have cruised her from the Chesapeake Bay to South Florida and many times to the Bahamas during our 20 years of ownership. The previous owner sailed her to Trinidad and back. We have self-performed most maintenance and upgrades (all maintenance up to date) and just completed her bi-annual haulout with work activities including bottom paint, buff and wax topsides, thruster maintenance, and a new prop and line cutter. We have extensive mainenance and upgrade records with most items either upgraded or replaced during our ownership.
