Description
UNDER AGREEMENT
The Catalina 390 is the result of requests for a three-stateroom configuration in a Catalina yacht. This tri-cabin, shoal draft model is the perfect platform for the cruising family.
The forward cabin presents a berth that is 6 feet, 3 inches wide by 6 feet, 5 inches long. This unusually large double berth has two large drawers with roller bearing glides. A sink and vanity are to port. The main salon area features a dining table with leaf extension. Aft are port and starboard staterooms with ample storage space. There is 6 feet, 8 inches of headroom at each entrance and each berth measures a 6 feet, 4 inches long.
The Catalina 390 has a functional deck plan, roomy interior, and solid performance underway. The hull is solid, hand laminated fiberglass, primarily of biaxial knitted fabric, which is secured to the balsa core deck via a shoe-box style hull-deck joint. The mast is deck stepped with a compression post for support below. The Catalina's are well constructed, easy to maintain, have a strong owner's group, and very good customer service.
