Description
2008 Maritimo 500, designed by the legendary Bill Barry-Cotter. Built to fish and arguably the best pound for pound game boat Maritimo ever built. The stand out feature would be the twin Caterpillar C12 engines (715hp each), replaced in 2023, cruising effortlessly at 23 knots with a top speed of 30 knots with a combined fuel burn at 26L/hr at trolling speed this is a very well balanced boat.
The Maritimo 500 Offshore Convertible offers a 10m² cockpit with deep coamings for secure footing, making it ideal for fishing, diving, and entertaining. The teak decks are in great condition, a standard easy-clean deck practical for anglers. The transom is designed to push water back, ensuring maneuverability and a dry cockpit with one-way suppers that keep the cockpit dry.
The enclosed flybridge doubles as a second living area, featuring an L-shaped lounge, teak table, fridge, sink, rocket launcher, great cockpit visibility, and an aft helm location. The helm includes Raymarine electronics, Simrad autopilot, and thruster controls for an unreal cruising experience.
True to Maritimo design, the spacious saloon boasts high-gloss teak joinery, a fully equipped galley, a wet bar, and ample seating, making it perfect for liveaboard comfort.
