Trailer is a 2021 Magic Tilt! 2005 Everglades 290 Pilot
Everglades was founded by "Mr. Unsinkable" Bob Dougherty, who earned his nickname while developing the unsinkable hull during his time with Boston Whaler. Over 30 years he would bring the marine industry the first V-bottom Whaler, and invent the center console as we know it today. Always known for taking things a step further he pioneered the art of molding structural foam separate from the hull so when it is built into the hull there are no air pockets as with injecting the molding blindly. This would earn him the Marine Manufacturers Innovation Award in 1999, and his process has been replicated around the world. In 2001 he started Everglades. His Rapid Molded Core Assembly process or RAMCAP is still used for the core of every Everglades hull built to this day.
