The flybridge upper helm boasts a large sun deck with plenty of room to entertain many guests. and great views as you drive along the water.
The boat has great floors throughout the main level with dark wood grain color, Also had heated tile floors in Galley and heads Installed last Year. for those cold days.
Needs some work in areas and the owner is aware and working on certain items as time permits.
This boat has 1 full beam master stateroom, 2 twin bunks starboard side and 1 bow bunk that can be used for storage or sleep.
The boat has full size stackable washer and dryer, full size fridge in the galley Which makes living aboard more convenient.

Condition
Condition is good needs some minor wood refinishing in some areas, Dishwasher is taken out when floor was replaced, and not reinstalled due to being broken. The head needs the toilet put back together, when the tile was replaced he didn't get around to it. needs cleaning of the upper level helm area and sundeck hasn't had time to clean. I was told she runs well and had some repairs done but nothing major, Has no service records for me to see. I am told the ac unit needs charging but worked last year.
