Description
This is a spacious Allmand 31 tri cabin, in very good condition with many recent upgrades. The Allmand 31 has more interior room many larger sailboats. Large double quarter berth port side with standing headroom, and hanging locker. Features bifold door and screen that can be closed for privacy or open into main cabin. Galley starboard side with refrigerator. Lots of storage in gallery and main cabin. Dinette to port with settee to starboard. Head with shower port side and v berth forward. Allmond Joy has only had three owners. Second owner reportedly took her to the Bahamas eleven times. She would make a great liveaboard or cruiser. Along with refrigeration, AC, and water heater she has city water hook up for great water pressure .

Recent upgrades: 2022 All new standing rigging wire. New Harken roller furler. Replace head intake and discharge thruhulls, valves, elbows, tail pieces. 2019: Sunbrella added to genoa. 2018: Packing gland serviced. Fresh water pump, Racor fuel system. Relatively new head liner, looks great.
Main cabin dinette table is a smaller user friendly table, the original larger table is in storage and goes with the boat. Marine propane grill for cockpit rail. Two binders with manuals for most everything on the boat. All the tools and spare parts and extras stay onboard.
