'Just Rosie' - A 1976 Harborough Marine 42' Cruiser Stern Narrowboat.
Designed in the popular reverse layout, this vessel offers a well equipped galley, a saloon with sofa bed, a WC compartment fitted with a shower, hand basin & chemical toilet, forward is a seating area with collapsible dining table.
Powered by a BMC 1.5 diesel engine with a PRM gearbox. Central heating and hot water is supplied by a Eberspacher system. 240V and 12V electrics on board. Built with a steel hull and fibreglass cabin sides and roof.
Blacked in 2018, Boat safety certificate valid until March 2023. Cratch and pram hood canopies.

4 gas burner hobs with a grill and oven, stainless steel sink with draining board, laminate worksurfaces, plenty of storage space with a wooden finish on the cupboard doors.
The head is located on the port side of the vessel consisting of a chemical toilet, shower with shower tray and curtain, wash basin and mineral effect wall panels.

Forward Seating Area
Located at the bow of the boat is a dining area that accommodates 4 people comfortably, with the collapsible table turning this area from a dining area into a spacious relaxing seating area. Along the starboard is a 2-seater breakfast bar style table with a double red sofa that converts into a small double berth positioned opposite the breakfast bar.
