This vessel is an extensively converted barge with fantastic accommodation space and fitted out to a very high standard, benefiting especially from a very professional fit out by a self builder creating a low energy passive houseboat accommodation for use as a permanent residence.
The vessel benefits throughout with fantastic headroom, light and airy spaces and as the interior conversion was actually completed in 2010 it is fitted out to a contemporary standard.
The vessel has 2 spacious bedrooms (The second bedroom currently in use as Home Cinema but also makes a spacious double bedroom) and a smaller room currently used as an office space (Could easily made a games room for a family)
The size and layout would ideally suit a couple or young family.
Professionally Surveyed during main build in 2009 and benefits from a recent 2019 Marine survey for current owners Hartlepool Marina Ltd.
The vessel is now owed by Hartlepool Marina Ltd and occupies a premium berth at Hartlepool Marina on our South pontoons which is also available by separate negotiation by means of an annual berthing fee should the new owner be based locally.
Potential purchasers looking to move the vessel to other destinations would benefit from discussing with local commercial towing company Cook Marine who towed the vessel into Hartlepool Marina originally in 2010.
With minor preparation made for towing the vessel would be ready to move relatively easily to any destination by sea.
