1999 Sea Ray 340 Sundancer. All systems functional. Generator AC/Heat. 7.4 MPI Freshwater Cooled Mercruiser Engines and V-Drives. Starboard Engine approx 975 hrs. Port Engine complete rebuild spring 2022. Less than 50 hours run time since rebuild. Previous owner changed exhaust manifolds/risers and did not torque to spec. As a result, water got into cylinders necessitating the rebuild. Yacht Basin marina pulled and reinstalled and Performance Engineering rebuilt engine. Have all paperwork. Starboard engine manifolds inspected and deemed good and torqued correctly. Recent work: All new dripless seals and cutlass bearings done in 2020. New cabin fridge in 2021 All new batteries in spring 2022 Starboard engine had complete tuneup (cap,rotor,wires, plugs, injectors, impeller) in spring 2022. Most of the cockpit upholstery has been updated. Zero soft spots on foredeck. Rare opportunity to purchase a pristine 2005 Sea Ray 340 Sundancer from her original owner. Only the 3rd owner of this beautiful version of the most sought after boat on the water.  My Sea Ray has been well maintained by myself and the 2 previous owners.  Copies of the survey from when boat was purchased by 2nd owner in 2015 is available to share.  At that time boat was rated as ABOVE AVERAGE.  My survey from 2021 when I purchased the boat is available for viewing also. Boat at that time was rated as ABOVE AVERAGE as well.  Since then I have upgraded the electronics to include a Raymarine Axium 9RV.
