The time and place for handover can be arranged flexibly
The boat was taken over by us, a young Swiss couple, in Greece in 2020. The previous owners, a Swiss couple who are friends, stopped sailing due to their age. Several holidays in Greece in 2020/2021/2022 moved us to plan a longer trip. This made a general overhaul in Greece in winter 2022/2023 necessary for a big voyage, technical details see below.
We started our adventure from Greece in April 2023, and we will arrive in the Canary Islands in October 2023. We will head in November 2023 towards the Caribbean with a flexible end in February/March/April 2024 and then hand over the ship there to its new owner. A possible handover location would be St. Martin, but we can also adapt in terms of location and time.
Our personal sailing trip will end in the Caribbean. We had a wonderful trip but would like to explore the world in other ways. We hope that the ship will end up in good hands, and ideally a buyer will be found without delay, so we advertise the ship early.
Another possibility is that interested parties can sail back to Europe. We would also like to keep the ship, but we cannot make the return journey and the berth fees in the Caribbean are too expensive for us for a longer period of time. If someone can be found for a transfer trip back to Europe, that would also be an option. The new owner could enjoy March/April in the Caribbean and then sail back via the Azores from May 2024. Details about the boat: It is the perfect, cheap and well equipped blue water yacht to explore the Caribbean or the Mediterranean, completely EU-taxed. Original invoice with VAT from the predecessor is available. However, because of the age of the yacht (before 1985) it is not even necessary in the EU. The construction is very similar to a Hallberg-Rassy 352, but built by the Finnish manufacturer "Fiskar". Besides comfortable sailing from anchorage place to anchorage place, the ship is also well equipped for ocean-crossings.
We are currently sailing under the Polish flag, which can be quickly and cheaply transferred to the new owner at any time (very easy with the help of the yacht registration service).
Despite all the renovations and investments, we will sell the boat cheaply, because we were able to have it cheaply ourselfes. We also hope to find a buyer in shorter time.
As said, we will be exploring the Caribbean for a while, so we are also flexible in terms of month and location for the overhanding.

I (Willy) am a car mechanic by profession and have renovated and renewed the ship accordingly with a lot of heart and soul and with the help of a boatyard in Greece. I paid special attention to everything that was technically important and that has to function properly in any case. I am passionate about this and have invested a lot of time in it.
The list of all innovations with dates is as follows.
New winter 2022/2023:
- Completely new engine 2022 Yanmar 4JH45 with ZF30 gearbox, including manufacturer warranty, all service and installation done at official Yanmar partners and registered in service book and online portal, invoices available.
- Engine compartment newly insulated and new diesel lines and starter cables as well as disconnectable connection to the on-board electronics.
- New water header, exhaust and exhaust feed through.
