Nautilus Yacht Management is extremely proud to introduce for the for sale the most awarded boutique yacht charter in Pittwater, 'Taylor Made Escapes'. Anyone who has been lucky enough to discover Sydney's most breathtakingly beautiful, and until recently kept secret Pittwater will tell you - Pittwater is a boating paradise! White sandy beaches, waterfalls, bush-walks in a magnificent national park to one side - celebrated restaurants, waterfront cafes, charming little marinas and world class facilities on the other - with in between the sparkling, protected, wide open sailing ground that is Pittwater itself... All this only 45 minutes north of the CBD.. Do we need to say more?

Taylor Made Escapes Yacht Charters and Accommodation began as an idea and dream of the Taylor family in 2010. The aim was to combine a boutique yachting/boating experience providing unique accommodation at Palm Beach and within the beautiful waterways of Pittwater and the Hawkesbury River.

So often, the idea of "yachting" or simply, spending a relaxing day on a luxury yacht with your family and friends appears financially out of reach to a lot of people, and TME specifically wanted to create a specially priced product that would enable their guests of all ages and backgrounds to capture and enjoy this experience.

With a family background in sales, marketing, customer service and marine qualifications and skills, , the team has created a unique business that is now flourishing and growing and has hosted thousands of Guests from both within Australia and internationally.

Taylor Made Escapes were chosen and featured on Channel 7's Sydney Weekender and by Airbnb for most popular Getaway 2015 and maintained most Romantic Overnight Getaways as best seller on Red Balloon 2014/15 and is listed in the top 10 products under the most popular Wedding Proposals with Red Balloon 2016.

The business has been developed over six years based on family values, trust, and customer service and by maintaining and appreciating relationships established with other award winning businesses within the area of the Northern Beaches.

This boutique lifestyle and business is now ready to enjoy, the hard part is holding the growth at bay or to simply, enjoy as is! The choice is yours!!

Taylor Made Escapes is a well established business that is in turn-key condition and ready for her new owner. Financials are extremely tidy and available upon request, as are the commercial survey certificates, which were renewed last year and are valid until 2020. There are forward bookings well into the season and the two luxury yachts that are the heart and soul of the business are in immaculate condition. The two yachts have been chosen for their ease of handling, low maintenance costs, and the sense of luxury they provide without being ostentatious.

Taylor Made Escapea is a boutique business, which prefers small groups, or a couple, which will be spoiled with a magnificent and unforgettable experience. As such, the yachts have always been treated with utmost respect, and as they are mostly professionally skippered, in a very different way than most charter yachts. This is highly visible when inspecting the yachts, which from the inside out show barely a blemish.

The two Beneteau yachts (Oceanis 351 and 323) are in survey for overnight hire and drive for (10 for day and 6 overnight) people. They are equipped to provide user-friendly, luxurious accommodation to their guests.

As part of the sale, all merchandising, website, booking facilities and ongoing agreements from such prestigious names as the local award-winning hotel and restaurant 'Jonas', who chose Taylor Made escape for their 'Stay and Play' luxury cruise package, and which are to remain a going concern. Airbnb, Stays, Red Baloon, websites, all web-based platforms already set-up, which represent a huge amount of work, financial investment, etc are also included in the sale.

Yachts details: Beneteau Oceanis 351 and Oceanis 323

The Beneteau Oceanis series combines the latest in design technology, and hundreds of hours of engineering which results in yachts that can set sail for all ports of call around the world with ease.

The hull of the Oceanis 351 and 323 offer her owner a very maneuverable boat under power and sail. Her taut lines, maximum waterline length and her wide beam ensure excellent stability. The bulb keel with winglets is designed for performance and the highly pronounced forefoot cuts an easy passage through the waves.

The deck is free of all lines through the addition of a false deck cowling which covers the halyards and maneuvering lines. These are brought back to a battery of stoppers and onto two self-tailing winches either side of the companionway. The main and genoa sheet tracks are mounted on the coachroof thereby leaving the cockpit and side decks completely free. Setting the sail is child's play, with both main and genoa featuring roller furling systems.

The Oceanis 351 and 323's large salon have an attractive large wooden table, surrounded by a comfortable U-shaped settee. The galley fully utilizes the space offered by its location at the maximum beam of the boat. Light and ventilation are ensured via fixed ports, as well as several opening ports, a large opening hatch, and two bright skylights in the coachroof.

The Oceanis 351 and 323 offer an enormous cockpit, where comfort and safety are enhanced by the teak decking that covers the seating. From a comfortable position at the helm, the skipper is able to see any navigational instruments on the console at a glance. The engine control panel, within easy reach, is protected by a Plexiglas panel. The aft seat is hinged, allowing direct access to the transom and to the big bathing platform. The cockpit shower in the transom is a luxury that will be appreciated by everyone.
