Description
The Famous Pacific Seacraft Crealock 37 Voyagemaker has the distinct privilege of being the standard that sailors around the world use when looking for the ultimate cruising sailboat. Having been inducted into the USA Hall of Fame in 2002 and designed by Bill Crealock and built in the United States by Pacific Seacraft these vessels are by definition the true world cruising sailboat. She features the sort after Voyager package that allows all Halyards and Reefing lines to return to the cockpit for saftey and ease of shorthanded sailing. Her designer has utilized a heavy displacement modern split keel and skeg rudder underbody combined with a Cutter rig to give her superior seakeeping abilities. Combine these features with the fact she has seen many recent upgrades and you will understand why this yacht represents great value for someone looking to explore the worlds oceans.

Engine Room
Yanmar 4 cylinder diesel Model 4JH2E. As you would expect there has been close attention paid to the upkeep on the engine and a regular service regime has been adheared too. There are numerous backup spares included.The engine room is beneath the cockpit with access from cockpit and also via the cabin for ease of maintanace. An automatic fire prevention system is also installed in the engine room.


Accommodation
She sleeps two in a seperate forward berth with storage below and alongside the berth There is a seat come step with an area for writing or laptops beside to port. Plenty of storage in here for those nessary items. Natural lighting and ventalation provided by deck hatch and portlights. Forward again through two crafted timber locker doors you find the dedicated chain locker. Moving aft from the forward berth and on to amid ships she sleeps two on the starboard saloon settee with cushion installed and sleeps one on port settee. Comfortable seating for all your guests around the split fold down saloon table. Aft again you find a comfortable quarterberth for one.


Galley
Complete galley has Force 10 propane/butane stove with 3 burners and oven/broiler. Sink has two basins. Fresh water via foot pump in port basin or via electric pump in either basin. Starboard basin has salt water foot pump. Custom cabinet above sink designed by present owners and built to specification by craftsman in Seattle, WA of teak. Magma Newport BBQ grill propane mounted on aft stern rail with permanent propane connection. Two 20lb propane bottles in lazarette for plenty of capacity.

Refrigeration A Sea Frost BD-10 DC refrigerator installed 2003 to replace original keeps your cold stores for those extended offshore passages.




Ground Tackle
Three anchors. Main is 20kg Bruce with 70m 5/16� HTchain rode and 30m �� nylon. Storm anchor Fortress FX-37 never used. Stern anchor Danforth with 10m chain and 30m rode. Custom dual snubber. 60m �� nylon rode stored. Dual rollers on bow.


Safety Gear

New 2008 Kenwood TS-480S HF/SSB radio. SCS PTC-IIe Pactor 3 modem for email, weatherfax. SGC-230 antenna coupler in lazarette. New 2008 Garmin GPSMAP 498C chartplotter, fish sounder. Furuno radar model 1621. B&G Network Wind, Depth, Knotmeter. Icom IC-M56 Marine radio. Standard Horizon HX-270S submersible grade handheld VHF. Sony CD player/AM-FM radio, marine grade. Engenious Internet WiFi transceiver with USB connection, installed marine grade 6dB gain antenna


Sail Inventory
All wind conditions are catered for with Five sails. Ullman mainsail with third reef added 2008. Ullman 120% roller furling jib. Ullman staysail. Hasse asymmetrical spinnaker with sock, and Tacker. Hasse 85% roller furling jib. All sails checked out 2008 by Quantum Sails.


Mast and Rigging
Cutter Rigged. Most importantly all new standing rigging 2008 including new lifelines. LeFiel mast with trysail track and boom. Harkin roller furling on headsail. Hank on staysail.


Deck Gear
Forespar spinnaker pole extendable, mounted on mast. Forespar dinghy motor lift on aft. Midships foldable boarding ladder. Various lines, bumpers. Four jerry jugs. Three collapsible water jugs. Bomar hatches.
